Booking our LONG STAY rate, you will get two gifts:

1) a coupon for a "welcome drink" each person to use when you arrive at our bistrot   "Il desco" from 4,30 pm till 7,00 pm. Our barman,always smiling and professional,will offer to you welcome drink: you could choose between a glass of tuscan wine or a glass of prosecco (italian sparkling wine) or an aperitif with some tasty snacks.

2) a touristic guide book of Florence with useful information about all the artistic treasures of the city

Cancellation policy: if reservation has been cancelled at least three days prior the arrival no penalty fee, otherwise we will cahreg first night amount as penalty fee.

The city tax introduced from 1st july 2011 by the City of Florence of euro 3,00 per person per night (for a max of 10 nights - children till 10 years old do not pay it) is not included in the room rate and it must to be paid at the check out.
