 HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR GIFT VOUCHER:

 1) CHOOSE YOUR GIFT

Visit our website to select the room type or one of our special packages. Or, if you prefer to deal directly with us or require additional information to make your choice, you can contact  us by phone or by e-mail.

2) PAY FOR YOUR GIFT

As soon as your selection is made, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your purchase and a payment request.  You will be asked to provide details of the recipient to personalize the voucher.

3) RECEIVE THE GIFT VOUCHER

Upon receipt of the payment, we will send the voucher to the person of your choice or to you if you prefer to personally present it to the recipient of the gift.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-         The gift voucher can be used only at Il Guelfo Bianco Hotel and cannot be converted to cash

-         The gift voucher is valid for a stay within 12 months from the date of issue

-         The payment must be made at the time of issue of the voucher by credit card number or by bank transfer.
