As soon as you make the booking we please the credit card's holder to send an e-mail to info@ilguelfobianco.it to accept terms and conditions of the avanced booking not refundable rate: "I do accept terms and conditions of this rate - the hotel will charge immediately the total amount due and in case of cancellation no refund for the reservation n° ......as soon as we receive the acceptance of the terms and conditions we will proceed to charge full amount due -

- in case of cancellation NO REFUND
- the hotel will charge the full amount as soon as the credit card's hodler accepts the condition for this rate
- the rate is NET (any commission will be due to the Travel agencies for this offer)
- the city tax introduced in Florence on July 1st 2011 IS NOT INCLUDED in the rate and it will be paid directly at the check out. Euro 3,00 per person per night for a max of 7 nights. Children till 12 years old do not pay it
